An artist with a powerful identity ready to scale beyond the canvas.

Maseda had a rare combination of talent, recognisable style, and a loyal audience. But his work was trapped in a one-to-one format: original pieces that carried high emotional value but limited reach. The risk was clear—expansion could easily cheapen the art if done without intention. He needed a way to scale impact, not volume. A brand system that elevated his message rather than reducing it to merchandise. And a long-term strategy that turned his identity into a movement.

Nine months of brand, product, and business design under a founder-led vision.

We built Be Artself as the strategic and creative vehicle for Maseda’s next chapter. The brand was designed as a declaration of identity—aspirational, rebellious, and rooted in the idea that being an artist is not a dream but a choice.

Our work focused on three fronts:

1. Brand Identity
We refined his aesthetic language into a cohesive brand system: typography that captured raw expression, a visual universe blending realism and rebellion, and a narrative anchored in emotional authenticity.

2. Product Creation
We translated his style into high-end, productized art pieces:
– A collectible 2025 calendar treated like a micro-exhibition.
– Premium packaging and a theatrical unboxing experience for his artworks.
– The first apparel line under Be Artself, designed as wearable extensions of his artistic world.

3. Business Architecture
We defined the strategic roadmap for a scalable, founder-led art brand with long-term product verticals, drop cycles, pricing structure, and commercial positioning—ensuring the art stayed premium and the storytelling stayed intact.

Be Artself became the platform that allowed Maseda to expand his impact while protecting the integrity of his work. His art now lives across physical products, apparel, and brand experiences that feel intentional and premium. The new identity elevated his positioning, strengthened his relationship with his audience, and opened the door to a sustainable business model built around limited editions, seasonal collections, and founder-led storytelling.
